It is the mission of Tubta Toosan to provide comprehensive media and research services and creation of media campaigns for the nonprofit industry. The Center will promote peace and development through public awareness campaigns using the most influential Islamic scholars of Somalia and other countries. The Center will use mainly the media to disseminate its message.

The objectives for the first three years include:
- To create a start-up center whose primary goal is to produce and deliver messages that can influence the public opinion?
- To increase the number of people reached by our communications to a million and more through increased media partners and platforms.
- To develop a sustainable business that is able to survive off its own cash flow
